ok, i have to admit that i am not the biggest juicy couture fan.  there was a period where i, like every girl, fell into the juicy couture sweat suits bandwagon.  but after the craze, i quickly found most of their design a little too dolled up and overly sweet for my taste.  that is saying a lot, since i have a pretty big sweet tooth (in food and designs).  so it was to my surprise that i am actually really attracted to their new polka dot accessories line!  i find the sweet and cute aesthetic really charming!  the colors are black with silver dots, light pink (damsel) with silver dots, and navy with gold dots.  i think the handbags  are a little too much cuteness for me, but the little accessories, i.e. wallets, ipad case, and mini bags are adorable!

ipad case – i think i want to get an ipad just for this case

critter mouse headphone – ok, this is not polka dot, but it’s just too cute not to share!  i want!

being 5’2″, i tend to gravitate towards platform and high heels.  one of my all time favorite pair of heels i have are the ysl tribute pumps.  they can miraculously make my short and stumpy legs look like they were mile long.  of course, with great beauty comes great pain, which means i don’t wear them every often.  however, this doesn’t stop me from buying them!

i don’t have any sexy red heels and i’ve always loved the look of the christian louboutin bianca.  they remind me so much of my beloved tribute pumps.  FYI, i can’t find any actual images of the red patent bianca’s on any authorized christian louboutin stores’ websites, so here’s a pink patent bianca to hold its place.

so instead of the initial 10 day cleanse, i ended up cutting it down to 7 because on the 8th day i got super sick.  this week, i was doing well on salad and chicken.  UNTIL…  until yesterday and today.  yesterday, i had a huge bowl of chirashi.  sashimi is obviously a good option, but it was a HUGE bowl.  what’s worse is that today i finally made it to the much hyped and aniticipated din tai fung in bellevue.  between the 3 of us, we ordered 7 dishes and only had one little to go box left at the end.  FAILED.  this just means that for the next 3 days, i will have to survive on mostly lemon juice with some raw veggies and the occassional chicken.  at least din tai fung was totally worth it.

ever since last spring, camel has been making a big comeback and it’s easy to see why.  it’s neutral which means it goes with practically anything.  it can provide warmth to the palette.  it’s classic and it always seems to bring a sense of maturity to the outfit.  here are some of my favorite camel pieces:

o my gosh!  when i saw this image on the sartorialist i just died!  i am obsessed with everything about this image:

  1. the color combo (navy, red, tan)
  2. the leopard heels
  3. the red celine envelope bag ( i want!!)
  4. those super sexy long legs (jealous!)

black blazers are definitely a stable in my wardrobe.  i love how they make even the most casual outfits chic.  most of all, it is one of the most flattering piece of clothing to own.  i already have a few of these babies, but i’m still in search of the perfect one.  in the meantime, here are some of my fav LBB looks.

the good news is i have been really strong today.  i even went shopping to “inspire” myself.  the bad news is i totally cheated yesterday.  damn!

at day 7, the hunger is definitely not as intense as day 2 and 3.  those are the worst!  to be honest, even though this is a cleanse, i actually find the lemonade to be really yummy.  i just miss the taste of other food.
