i have many vices, and one of them is little white dresses. i love them. i love that they look so pure and chill, yet so attention hungry. i love buying them, even though i rarely wear them. it’s hard to look skinny in a white dress, but i just want them. this leads me to my other vice of buying things i don’t need, but that’s another entry. here are some of my favorite LWD street styles. i realize that most of these images were taken during warmer weather, but that’s how bad my craving for the LWD is. even in this freezing weather we’re having in seattle (currently 15°F), i still have LWD on my mind and in my online shopping cart.
ok, i have to admit that i am not the biggest juicy couture fan. there was a period where i, like every girl, fell into the juicy couture sweat suits bandwagon. but after the craze, i quickly found most of their design a little too dolled up and overly sweet for my taste. that is saying a lot, since i have a pretty big sweet tooth (in food and designs). so it was to my surprise that i am actually really attracted to their new polka dot accessories line! i find the sweet and cute aesthetic really charming! the colors are black with silver dots, light pink (damsel) with silver dots, and navy with gold dots. i think the handbags are a little too much cuteness for me, but the little accessories, i.e. wallets, ipad case, and mini bags are adorable!
critter mouse headphone – ok, this is not polka dot, but it’s just too cute not to share! i want!
being 5’2″, i tend to gravitate towards platform and high heels. one of my all time favorite pair of heels i have are the ysl tribute pumps. they can miraculously make my short and stumpy legs look like they were mile long. of course, with great beauty comes great pain, which means i don’t wear them every often. however, this doesn’t stop me from buying them!
i don’t have any sexy red heels and i’ve always loved the look of the christian louboutin bianca. they remind me so much of my beloved tribute pumps. FYI, i can’t find any actual images of the red patent bianca’s on any authorized christian louboutin stores’ websites, so here’s a pink patent bianca to hold its place.

o my gosh! when i saw this image on the sartorialist i just died! i am obsessed with everything about this image:
- the color combo (navy, red, tan)
- the leopard heels
- the red celine envelope bag ( i want!!)
- those super sexy long legs (jealous!)

i know the lace trend has been big for a couple of years already and it’s probably going to go out soon, but i just can’t get enough of it! here are a few of my favorite lace pieces i found from some popular high street brands. after all, i am a firm believer in not spending too much when it comes to super trendy items.
forever21 mini skirt – i love that how the “leather” toughens up the lace.
forever21 maxi skirt – lace, check. maxi skirt, check. 2 of the biggest trends at the moment all in one. i’ve even seen mko rocking something like this.
asos lace dress – for the ultimate girliness, cream lace mini dresses is a must! unfinished edges are my fav!
asos lace jacket – this jacket is a nice alternative to the beautiful stella mccartney.
mango lace top – it looks super flattering! i really like the cream one, but it’s out of stock. 😦
topshop lace flats – aren’t these just the sweetest?
